One lucky person managed to snag a SuperLotto Plus ticket worth $26 million at a Norwalk gas station.
According to California Lottery, the jackpot winner bought their ticket at an ARCO AM-PM store at 10602 E. Imperial Hwy. While a total of 109,231 winning tickets were available in the last draw, only one jackpot ticket was in the mix. That ticket matched the five winning numbers — 12, 13, 23, 31, 36 — and Mega number 10. The odds of winning the jackpot were one in 41,416,353. Another ticket that matched all five numbers is worth $36,680 and was purchased at a Ralph’s in Seal Beach.
The winner has 180 days to claim their winnings. According to ABC Los Angeles, the ARCO location will receive a $130,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Back in May, Victor Diaz purchased a SuperLotto Plus ticket worth $28 million from a 7-Eleven in National City. He told ABC San Diego that he planned to buy a house, donate money to his church and start college funds for his children.
