Joshua Lurie founded the Los Angeles-based website Food GPS in 2005.

He appeared on the Season 5 “LudoBites” episode of “Mind of a Chef” and has provided culinary commentary on television for NBC LA and FOX 11 LA and on radio for KFI AM 640’s “The Fork Report,” KLAA AM 830’s “SoCal Restaurant Show” and KTLK 1150's "LA 360."
Lurie produced and hosted a pig-fueled video series for Talk Media Networks called "Pork L.A.," wrote the story for an episode of "NCIS" and co-wrote a blockbuster Bollywood action movie called "Blue."
